WHEN I DISCOVERED THE FAN PRODUCED MUSIC VIDEO FOR A PISTOLA KICKS SONG I ALSO DISCIVERED THESE. THESE LIVE PERFORMANCES ARE OFFICIAL PROMOTIONS FOR THE BAND.
Although live performances are very different to music videos these performances are rather dark in coloring and the band did not edit this to add more colour to the videos. This suggests that Pistola Kicks have an dark depressing ambience for an Indie band. This meant that if they promote themselves in this way we would be attracting their audience using black and white/dark colouring too. As a result we have used a black and white/washed out colouring in our music video and therefore Digi-pack and Magazine advert too. This is because it attracts the band's audience and reflects the narrotive of the song. This is also reflected in their Myspace page and music through realism and dark colours.
